Blacksburg is the River Ridge District champions for 2026.  The Bruins won the season long race by 22 strokes over its nearest competitor yesterday at Hunting Hilks CC.  Seth Alba, Isabella Geng and Jack Skinner all earned 1st team All-District and Jack Herbert earned 2nd team honors.  The Bruins now go to the sub-regional tournament at Hidden Valley CC on Tuesday, September 29 where they will compete for a spot in the 4D region tournament in Winchester on Tuesday, October 6.
